Words Are Seeds

Our words are seeds that produce good or bad in the garden of our lives. We must always ask ourselves, what am I planting and how satisfied am I with my harvest? Honestly I was reminded of the power of my words recently when I was close to speaking out of frustration. God reminded me to use my words for my benefit and not to my harm. Our words are spiritual forces and they always spring forth. He will bring a thought to your heart or you may read something that jots your memory to watch your words. Think about the size of a seed, when you place it in soil it's amazing how much it produces. And how quickly you begin seeing results. It may not be the full harvest but it's enough to let the sower know their seed is working. This is how we must think about our words. As soon as we release them they begin working and growing. With our natural eyes we may not immediately see the results but give it some time the harvest of our spoken words will be revealed. I hope today's post inspires you to become more aware of the words or seeds you're sowing so that you are producing a life of goodness and not sorrow. Thank you for reading today's post and please feel free to share with a friend. And never forget, we are unstuck, and we are free!

Great reminder of the scripture that tells us “as a man thinketh, so is he”. Words of the scripture that reigns so true. By the same token, when we sew good seeds, we reap good harvest and when we sew bad seed, we reap bad harvest. Some of us spend so much time speaking (sewing) negative words yet we wonder why we don’t see more positive results in our lives. This is a reminder of perhaps we should consider what we’re creating with our words. Thanks for the inspiration!
