Use Failure to Your Advantage

As I think about the numerous mistakes I've made throughout the course of my life one of the best lessons I've learned is to use what I may perceive as a failure to my advantage. There are many lessons to be obtained from not getting it right. Sometimes we allow our failures to get into our heads and create a mindset for fear to thrive instead of looking for the benefits in the mistakes. Those are teaching moments. When we open ourselves up to be a willing student we gain tremendous wisdom that will last a lifetime. I have truly come to believe that not getting it right isn't a sign of failure, it simply means trying and learning along the way. Many successful people who were perceived as failures by others did not allow that to stop them. They continued until they figured out the success formula that worked for them. When I began embracing my mistakes it became easy to see what I could have done better. I allow myself grace to not have it right all the time, knowing that it's better to try than not do anything at all. Don't allow fear of failure to be the reason your greatness is never revealed to the world. When God advised us to be fruitful He knew we would not always get it right. And yet He expects us to succeed irregardless of our mistakes. I hope you are inspired to be the best at whatever it is you do. And never forget, we are unstuck, and we are free!
