Are you stressed? Had someone asked me this question six months ago I would have said no. So often we ignore signs that our bodies are giving or assume we are ok when we're not. Imagine my surprise when test results revealed I had such a high level of stress that I was suffering from PTSD. Surely, this had to be an error. In that moment I knew immediate changes were a must! I will say taking action on my behalf was the best decision I made. It's shown me how much of my life I was missing & not fully appreciating. If we're not careful stress will consume us and in some cases become fatal. Too many people do not recognize the warning signals their bodies are giving. When was the last time you took yourself out and really enjoyed the moment? Life can be a constant cycle of non-stop movement, for some taking a moment to themselves seems like a foreign concept. Let me admonish you to be aware of what's going on inside. Do not ignore how you are feeling, make sure you're eating well. Sleeping well and taking care of your thoughts. You are valuable and it's your responsibility to care for yourself. Love yourself so much that you honor the things you need to live well. We are unstuck, and we are free!

Well said. Our life is too valuable to let it go to waste. We only have one and should always take the time to eliminate stress and enjoy life to the fullest.
