Release It

There is a Biblical principle that teaches us to cast our cares upon God because he cares for us. As simple as it seems why is it so hard to do? I think it has to do with a lack of trust on our end and not wanting to feel out of control. Giving our worries and problems to God truly requires full dependency. I will say that as I daily make the decision to give my challenges to him the quality of my life has significantly improved. It's easier for me to acknowledge that I can't do it all or that it's just too much. We weren't designed to bear the load alone, life happens to us all. We cannot escape it, but we can accept the help of getting through it. I hope that your heart is open to allowing God to take on the cares of your life. Knowing that you aren't alone, we are unstuck and we are free!
