Is it easy for you to relax and unwind? Simply sitting in the moment without the mind or body in a state of tension. I am learning to live from a place of relaxation, it is a learned behavior. One that I am embracing and I hope you will as well. Slowing down & being in the moment where nothing else matters, allowing thoughts to settle, and the heart to find a pace of calm.
