Would you consider yourself a builder of people? Too often we fail to realize how our words tear down those we want to inspire, at some point it becomes like the "nagging" parent.
You know, when a mom or dad says the same negative things over and over again and the child becomes numb to the words. It's like the parent is talking and in the mind of the child all they're hearing is blah, blah, blah. People are motivated by positivity and results. Some of the most influential people I've had the pleasure of meeting are those who pointed out good qualities within me that I didn't see, while having the ability to show me things I could improve upon. It's always funny to me when someone tells others how they're lacking in an area of life that they too have yet to master. Build up those around you through kindness, being a tangible example is undeniable. The world is filled with critics and people are drawn to truth through love, not fear & intimidation. And keep a listening hear to monitor if you are building or tearing down. We are unstuck and we are free.
