Have you ever considered your financial state and ask "what can I do differently?" Sometimes it's not the amount of our income but the lack of management over it. We've all heard about the importance of having a budget, which is nothing more than writing out where our dollars are going. Do you know people who make more money than you and are broke? I would guess there's some mismanagement of resources going on. Why not make life easier? Take the income and subtract the outgoing money so you can see where the dollars are being spent.
It may reveal that you are living beyond your means or that giving up certain things is neccessary. We must take full control over every area of our lives. I can say from personal experience asking God for financial guidance and to open blinded eyes concerning money to be life changing. Biblical principle to remember, "in all our ways acknowledge HIM & he will direct our path". That includes our finances. Learning from the mistakes of others is another valuable lesson, if we want different outcomes we must be willing to make better decisions. Each of us are responsible for managing our money, while figuring out what's not working and how to fix it. Often times I've found it includes overspending. There's peace living within one's financial boundaries. I hope you are inspired to create a budget and ask for guidance.
Great advice!
