We are familiar with this slogan, "what's in your wallet?" The answer to that infamous question depends on the money moves we make. It's something worth thinking about. Over the past few days I've pondered on this, and realized I was paying for a service I no longer needed. The question then became what to do with this additional cash? Save, use it to pay down debt faster or invest it. As I was writing the answer came, use it to pay down debt.
The great thing about our individual money moves is that we must do what's best for ourselves. Work the plan we have and stay focused on our desired results. Throughout this series I hope you have been able to apply some of the suggestions, and learn from the mistakes and lessons mentioned. I do not believe creating wealth and living financially free is hard when you have the right knowledge. And apply it accordingly. One financial move I make is educating myself by listening to those who are successful in matters of money. When it's something I don't understand I don't make a move. I recall purchasing my first home, I asked so many questions that the man processing my loan from the bank was annoyed. And I didn't care, I knew that the numbers had to line up for me. What the bank said I could afford and what I knew I could afford were two different figures. I made the mistake previously of purchasing a car without running the numbers and asking enough questions. I learned my lesson and was not going to repeat it when purchasing my home. There's no joy in struggling your way through monthly payments. At that point it becomes a burden and not a blessing. On a daily basis may we all consider and question the moves we are making with our money. To ensure we are enhancing our lives and not destroying our future.
