Today let's chat about being laser focused on our financial goals. As we look forward to the up coming months the holidays will be here sooner than we know. Which can be a time of financial stress for many.
I wonder what would our lives feel like if we set clear money goals and stuck with them. Despite birthdays, holidays, or special events. I've listened to several people who are financially free and what they seem to have in common is discipline and the ability to delay gratification. Being free economically was more important than anything else, and they paid the price for their freedom. I've had the thought a few times to cut out additional spending and instead save the money. I have yet to discipline myself to do so, and can't imagine the amount of money that would be. Being fully focused on our money targets and putting in the effort needed to accomplish our goals is crucial. We know that money is important and affects the quality of our lives. I've come to recognize one of the biggest differences between those who are financially free and those who aren't is choices. And a lack of planning, some people think about their future and how they want to live. In doing so, they begin making decisions that will set them on the path to success. There are so many people who are creating better lives for themselves and their families because their eyes is on the prize of freedom in matters of money. It takes determination and letting go of our victim viewpoint. Each of us have a story but each of us also have the ability to create a better life. Your goals are important and you have everything you need to achieve anything you believe. Keep your eyes on the prize.
