As we roll through the end of this month into the very last one of 2022 what have we not walked away from that we vowed to ourselves at the start of this year we would no longer tolerate?
It's funny how many times we set goals and make new year's resolutions but how often we tend to forget the work and effort that is required to make them our reality. I think once we begin recognizing who we really are and what we have truly settled for walking away will become second nature. There are too many things we complain about that's within our ability to change, some question is the time right? I am a believer that there's always a nudging or some sort of signal that the time to walk away is present. For those who find frustration and a lack of fulfillment with a job or career path that is a blaring sign it's time to figure out a new path. Holding on to the familiar is comfortable, moving into the unknown not so much so. I find that new beginnings, while scary, also uncover so many wonderful, hidden treasures about us that only an unfamiliar path can reveal. As we move through the days of our lives and quickly count down the end of this year consider those things that are worth walking away from. Our lives are so much that what we presently see, we are unstuck and we are free.
