Good health and well-being

Sometimes we take our health for granted until a crisis happens. I would like to encourage you to value yourself enough to have yearly preventive care. In addition , to move your body and eat well. Recently I had a conversation with a physician who commented that one of the biggest challenges they face is patients not having routine screenings. I would rather work on prevention than a cure, have you had your yearly screenings? Do you think there's more you can do to take better care of yourself from the inside out? Feel free to share your thoughts. Having all of the success one desires means very little if health is failing. Our goal is to live with excellence in every aspect of our lives.
