Look how far you've come despite the difficulties and challenges. Now is not the time to give up, too often we allow the current trials of our lives to erase the past victories in our minds. I was reminded today that if God brought me through in the past surely He will deliver me from what I'm currently facing. Taking on the mindset of despite it all is simply looking back and seeing how far you've come. Knowing that you will once again make it through with the victory. Irregardless of the many obstacles that come up against you. Daily we must make the choice to guard our thoughts and listen with a diligent ear to the words we are speaking. In life we all face painful events and yet we still stand to see another day. Our existence is a testament of God's goodness, many people who were faced with the same trials were not able to endure. You are still here, still moving ahead despite what's come against you. Don't take that lightly, instead use it as a reminder that God is on your side. In the most hopeless situations He will come through. Some days we must look ourselves in the mirror and say, " you've got this" no, we should instead say, "God's got this!" I am learning to rely on His ability to resolve problems, often my mind tries to search for solutions. Of course, there are things we must address and there are times when we must remove ourselves from the equation and allow God to do what needs to be done. I believe that in every aspect of our lives it's important to ask for guidance. In both small and large decisions. Simply put, despite it all you have made it to this point. There's so much to be thankful for, and so much to look forward to. Keep going!! And never forget, we are unstuck, and we are free!
Ditto to all comments being made. Most of the time, we need to be reminded that GOD is a good GOD. If he does for one, he will do it for you, for he is not a respecter of persons. The word of the Bible says count it all joy when we fall into various trials. This means that when we fail or stumble, GOD will pull us through. Though sometimes we may get discouraged, we must believe that he will make a way. We must adhere and believe in his word. Thanks...
Despite it all and in the midst of it all, I made it! Words that frequently reign true in my mind. In fact, I sometimes look back at situations and sincerely have no idea how I made it. Of course I know that it was only by the grace of God, but looking a the physical man, it sometimes leaves me speechless. But, that is also the time to remind myself that whatever I may be currently facing, if he brought me through “that”, he’ll certainly bring me through “this”. We must remember that our tests come to make us stronger, build resistance in us and to serve as a reminder that despite it all and in spite it all…
