Calm the mind, calm the body

I've found that when my mind is in a state of calm, my body follows. I do believe that there is a mind~body connection. Has your body ever responded in a negative way to the stress of your thoughts? Maybe in the form of a headache, stomachache or even break out of your skin? If that's happened to you, were you alert enough to make the connection? I've been there before, my body certainly responds in ways to grab my attention. Which alerts 📢 me to get my mind under control. I really am convinced that we're all living at stress levels that we were not created to . And that life is supposed to be enjoyable and fulfilling. What's your thoughts? Thanks for chiming in!
