Setting boundaries is important, having a line that can't be crossed helps us maintain respect for ourselves. Often times people will sit by passively allowing others to treat them poorly because there are no limits drawn in those relationships. This can occur from our work to personal lives, if we aren't willing to speak up. It's our responsibility to set the standard for how others treat us, sometimes it may feel awkward or uncomfortable addressing, but this issue can't be ignored. And more importantly each of us deserve to be treated with dignity, are there relationships where you've allowed the lines to be blurred? If so, I hope you are inspired to set clear guidelines on what you will and will not tolerate. Thanks for chiming in!
