Blessed to be a Blessing

Today in our money matters series let's chat about the subject, blessed to be a blessing. We all have our reasons for wanting to be wealthy. Have you ever sat back and really thought about why you want to increase financially? I honestly believe we can use our money to do good for others. It's not to say that everyone is our assignment, and some people don't need money. They need to learn their economic lessons and make better decisions.

However, for those who we are led to help let us remember giving benefits the giver as well as the receiver. Many times we miss opportunities to be a blessing. When eating out and tipping are we generous in our giving or do we tip as little as possible? Do we walk past the Salvation Army worker during Christmas time when they are collecting for those who need help? Today let's think about ways we can be a blessing to someone. It doesn't take much to impact another person's life. Often we complain about what we don't have, but there are so many people who would trade places with us on any given day. Should we find ourselves lacking in gratitude, find someone to bless. Allowing our abundance to be shared, it's a blessing to have more than we need. To have our needs met and enough to help others, no matter how small that help may be. We are blessed to be a blessing. I hope you are inspired to be good to someone today.
