Behavior Change

I feel as if life is aways requiring some form of change. Usually it begins with a shift in thought followed by changes in behavior. What ways do you want your life to improve? I really want you to think about this and understand that it will demand some form of modification in your behavior. Which isn't always easy to do, at least for me. Something as simple as me knowing I needed to drink more water. I like water but not enough to drink it as much as I should, what I began doing is ordering water when I eat out instead of my usual sweet tea. We must start from somewhere and the smallest change in our patterns can have a big impact on us. I also keep a tumbler filled with water by my bed so that I start my day by drinking water. Now that you've identified at least one area of your life where you want change think about what small steps you can begin making. From my experience being consistent is key. Our behavior has a big influence over the quality of our lives and relationships. Choose to behave your way to the life you deserve. And never forget, we are unstuck, and we are free!

I agree. A change in behavior influences our thought process , which most of the time causes us to make decisions based on how we feel. Most people, me included, have difficulty dealing with change. This is due to fear of unknown circumstances . But as believers, we must know that GOD did not give us the spirit of fear. So we should freely adapt to changes that occur during our lifetime. This allows paths to be taken that may have a greater impact on each of our lives.
