Such a wonderful post! I recall at one point looking for jobs and couldn’t understand why no door seemed to be opening for me. I was led to a sermon Noel Jones preached entitled “Not Rejection But Direction”. I’ve since listened to that message countless times since then and encourage you to do the same if you’re struggling with what you perceive as rejection. I make that point because as previous posts have also reminded us, perception is SO important. (There’s another sermon by N Jones entitled “I’m Glad It Didn’t Work Out”.I want to encourage all readers to remember that not all things we perceive as a rejection is that. I’ve had to learn that any door that God closed meant it wasn’t the right door for me and God will never deny you one thing if he has something better!
